Machining
Our two machining value streams, plastics and metals, are housed in two different facilities located on the same campus to prevent cross-contamination of materials. We use the most current technology to create more complex geometries, surface finish, and tighter tolerances.
- Product Design - Our engineering team gives critical feedback and input into the design at the design for manufacturing stage to reduce cost to customers
- Turn-Milling Centers - 4, 6, and 8 axis capabilities in both plastic and metal machining
- Milling Machines - 3, 4, and 5 axis high speed vertical and horizontal milling cells in both plastic and metal machining
- Wire EDM Capabilities
- Laser Marking - Capable of laser marking medical grade plastic as well as titanium, cobalt Chrome, stainless steel, and other metals
- Clean Room - ISO Class 7
- Measurement - Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs), Optical Comparators, Smart Scope, and various bench inspection methods
- Surface Texturing - We provide our patented CHEMTEX® surface technology or manage this service through outside suppliers
