Key Capabilities of our Forging Operations:

• Product Design - Partner with our engineering team at the design for manufacturing stage to create forged solutions that decrease cost and lead time
• Forging includes two 500-ton presses with robot loading capabilities
• Provide shorter lead times by leveraging our in-house tool and die department to design and build custom die sets that meet customer needs
• Measurement - Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs), Optical Comparators, Smart Scope, Video Contour Projector and various bench inspection methods
• Surface Texturing - We provide this service through our patented CHEMTEX® surface technology or by managing outside suppliers
