Our two machining value streams, plastics and metals, are housed in two different facilities located on the same campus to reduce cross-contamination of materials. We use the most current technologies to create complex geometries, hold tighter tolerances, and provide an excellent surface finish.

- Developed over 2,000 new parts in the last 6 years. We use production machines for prototype development
- Excellent and very lean value stream for precision machined plastic implants, trials, and instruments
- Utilize SoildWorks® for CAD and AutoDesk® Power Mill for CAM for Advanced 5-Axis and Part Maker for mill/turn and screw machines. Vericut is used for CNC Simulations. MasterCam and Esprit is also available as needed
- High speed 20,000 RPM spindles for minimum machine time producing a premium surface finish
- True 5-Axis Milling with acceleration and deceleration rates up to 1.5 G’s. This saves cycle time and saves our customer money
- Mill Turn Centers with 8 axis capabilities and 5 axis machining
- Milling Machines with 5 axis capabilities and glass scales for increased precision
- Laser Marking - Capable of laser marking medical grade plastics as well as meeting 2D data matrix requirements and we have laser mark dome and HD verifiers
- Clean Room - ISO Class 9
- Measurement - Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs), C-Vision Video Contour Projector® for increased speed and accuracy, Optical Comparators, Smart Scope, and various bench inspection methods
