Perryman Products
Perryman melts ingots in 30” (762 mm) and 33” (838 mm) diameters. Each ingot weighs approximately 12,500 pounds (5,670 kg). All of our titanium ingots are produced through a multiple vacuum melt process using EBCH (Electron Beam Cold Hearth) and VAR (Vacuum Arc Remelt) furnaces.
Bar Products
Bar products are offered in 0.055" (1.39 mm) through 18.00" (457.2 mm) diameters. Bar is offered in several finishes and conditions including centerless ground bar, precision centerless ground bar and textured bar (used for infrastructure applications).
Wire Products
Perryman supplies finished wire products produced from Perryman melted hot roll coil. Wire products include premium fine wire with diameters down to 0.0025" (0.064 mm). This is typically supplied on spools. Our additive wire is produced specifically for wire deposition applications. Weld wire is also available across a range of alloys and sizes.
Precision Finish Coil
A cornerstone of Perryman, our precision finish coil is predominately used by fastener manufacturers looking for premium quality material that is typically coated with a lubricant suitable for heading operations and near net shape heading.

Net shapes products including flats, rectangles, squares and custom profiles.
